[Suggestion] NPC Gunners - solution to lack of gunners problem

No I'm not implying that drivers are any better then gunners When I first was getting used to Galaxy there were plenty of funny moments of horrible death and they still happen due to randomness of the game environment. I'm not saying pub gunners are bad - some guys are pretty awesome in fact. I'm just saying that it's pretty much impossible nowadays (and was quite hard at release too) to get a full compartment of gunners for a Galaxy. People just don't want to gun - that's why I brought up this topic altogether.
