Noob =/= newbie. Newbie = a new player that doesn't know the game yet. Noob = a bad player that doesn't know the game, but too bad to recognize it. Noobs don't want to learn by default, so a guide for noobs is a lost cause. Noob is an insult. Newbie isn't. On the topic, videos are hilarious and a recommended watch for everyone.
