No NS-11P

I used the code summerrewards but i don't have the gun... Any ideas?

The code is SummerReward, and you have to claim it in game, it shows up as a notification.

You can use the code multiple times so you can claim it on each of your characters. If it doesn't let you input the code in game, try the website. I had to do it via the website and do it 3 separate times, once for each character.

I did on the website too. On the website it says unlocked "golden gun" by the all access symbol, but I don't have anything in game. Also now when I use it in game it says "error trying to redeem your code"

Is it supposed to say golden gun? Mine said that too, but I haven't checked if I've gotten it in game yet

Anyone else having this issue? I opened a support ticket.

Just to confirm: In game it says: Congratulations! You have just redeemed: ... and then nothing.

What class are you trying to equip the gun on?

Just did. Looked on both medic / LA inventories.

It said that for me too, if you check your notifications in the social window it should be there and you just have to accept it.

So you didn't get a notification ingame that said blah blah NS-11P?

Well, did you get anything? I have the same problem. After entering the code either on the website or ingame I get a notification, but accepting it does not do anything. The weapon can not be selected. Weird.

It's not golden. It's Plantinum or white to be more precise.

Anyone figure this out yet? I entered the code on the website, got the "golden gun" message, and then logged in to the game. I accepted the unlocked the NS11-P message and can't even find the gun unlocked on any class. Ideas?

No more ns11´s left in stock. All have been claimed by other players already
