No idea where to set my banner on the 'My Profile' Page

I go there, look everywhere, not there. Is it only for members?

I've done it recently but not at my computer so not sure I remember how. Either on the profile page via click on the banner or maybe go to change appearance, where you can click on things like decals, helmets and armour . You can buy banners but otherwise, the only way I know is to earn one e.g. from the weapons directive - which then comes up as free when you complete level 4
