According to Wrel, both NMG and Adrenaline shield absorb 650 damage (603 damage effectively because there is an activation cost). See this for details :
Seems to be like you're going to recharge the Adrenaline Shield faster, because you use it when fighting, if you win, then BAM, you get 20% of it back instantly. Though, resist gives more if your adrenaline or NMG is not nearly fully charges, so...
I like adrenaline's concept, it's only good if you are. It's good for the guy who dominates alone, it forces you to perform just to make it equal to NMG, but it theoretically could be significantly better. Use adren for the bit of health it gives each kill during a streak, and you will harvest
