[Suggestion] new outfit resource. only found at the 3 bases linked to warpgates.

    Outfit Resource " Orange " outfit resource. Only found at any base next to the warpgate.

    So if these outfit resource ghostcappers want to farm the new resource; for a new outfit utility option; they'll have to go to the warpgate.
