This will allow you to form at least 2 squads almost any time! • A very flexible timetable; we have lots of members which enjoy playing early/late in the day and will follow any time. • We have a very positive atmosphere relative to many other outfits on our discord(800+ discord members) & our outfit chat. We don't tolerate consistently negative players. • A skilled core playerbase; we've changed into focusing on forming platoons with mainly BR50+ members. We generally will have around 4/5th's of the platoon above BR50. • Comprehensive leadership training resources to ensure you have high squad cohesion consistently with little effort. We believe that PL's which have problems getting the majority players to follow is because of bad leadership. We have several easy and effective methods to significantly increase your squad cohesion for public platoons. • Platoon leading is a good way to break out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself mentally; many can't handle the pressure or energy drain associated with PL'ing, can you? • Practising getting people to listen to you is something difficult to practice.
