New ESF weapons review (balance)

    Coyote missiles- It should take 3 clips to set a full health esf on fire, not 2.

    Mass drivers- Are they supposed to have extended magazines? You can equip it with extended magazines and with it on it's very OP taking only 2 clips to kill a full health liberator. Without extended mags (which I assume is a bug) it's basically a unnerfed airhammer that can be used at any range.

    Locust cannons- Way too good against air, basically a vulcan (before changed bullet type). Way too good against vehicles, needs damage reduction.

    Keep in mind these are competing with the ever-present RocketPods, the currently lamented A2AM's, and the new extra speed AB's...

    Also, they've already said none of the stats are finalized at this point, so don't worry if something seems a tad OP.... we have PTS precisely so we can have these discussions.

    I'm NOT critiquing your OP, I'm simply trying to keep people from overreacting to your initial report.

    EDIT: I'll need to load this up when I get off before I can make my own opinions on their balance.

    What the OP said is pretty much correct however.

    Missiles with range buff certed will be deadly. Cannons and Miniguns are LOL as well at this point. Of the three, the miniguns are the most OP.

    And new Vanu helment is F*CKIN UGLY. :[

    Well, as I said, I need to get my own hands to get my own input.

    As I noted however, A2AM's already set a high bar for A2A secondary weapon effectiveness. I have mine (on TR only) maxed with lock-on time, capacity, and zoom (canon has thermal for killing inf, zoom on A2A's let me look at long range easier while scanning)
    yah, well, they have tons of ugly helmets. I have my Phobos helms, or w/e they're called, on everything but Infil (default is the same but darker :p) so I'm already set there ;)
