nerfe storm the lights are too deadly it's not cool at all

I would like a nerf of the storm I find its not funny at all already will have to kill the players in 4 shots the vehicles must be insensitive storm it must be isolated I find then not cool at all and would correct the storm bugue that are in the building or under any blanket that roofs the tempette of must no longer take effect
