Yes looks suspiciously like he's got some sort of auto-shoot aimbot, you can see at the end he is just moving his gun around (as he has no idea where you actually are) then it auto-shoots as it passes over you.
Worth pointing out that he is still playing - not sure if you've sent in the video but to me, it seems pretty damning.
I am no fan of cheaters, but worth noting: 1. I've fought a "naln" on his normal character (I think he is VS?). 2. He is almost always in an ANT with a kobalt or similar weapon 3. He is a good shot 4. In your video, his Ant has a radar array, so he can see you on mini map 5. You spotted him a few times, when people spot me, I can zero in on their "genera;" location 6. I suspect not a cheater But ya...cheaters exist (lol @soltech). Worst among them are the game engine exploiters who minimize their hitbox, etc.
Battle eye only catches the newbs trying to cheat. The other cheating tossers pay monthly for their cheats to get around battle eye.
