The NC weapons are made for bursting.. Even though, I personally think that this makes my point clear. + I do not think anyone should look at the map to draw a conclusion. The reason for the NC losing so much on Miller is due to our failing zerglings. Zerging still controls the game way to much in my opinion. But that is a subject for another thread
Well really. I have a 3kdr NC soldier. Infantry player here. It took me probably 10-15 seconds to master their weapons. There's nothing hard to their weapons, whatsoever. As a TR, I can barely pull of a medium range spray kill. Sometimes I can, it fails often though. Not that our weapons are harder either. It's just that, imo, NC have the advantage there. I have to burst fire in what I call "medium" range. And that's where NC weapons SHIIIIIIIIIINE. 5 hits for a kill, like 3 if you manage to get a single headshot. What I see in alot of NC players is inexperience tho. We start shooting, he gains the advantage, I dodge behind cover, he continues to spray and pray. Like litteraly he doesn't lif the trigger until the mag is empty. When he's out, I jump out and takes him down. Happens more often than you can imagine Reason why I chose the TR? Well, I kinda like their music, red is an awesome color and I kinda liked the idea of the posibilities when organized "siege tanks strike". I hated that I didn't have the NC weaponary. Because I found them better. For me it was mostly because I liked their "star wars imperial" **** they had going. I feel like playing the imperial march whenever I play TR. Their mark is awesome and as said, the color is amazing There's alot of other reasons why NC might have attracted worse players. Generally I think the "hard hitting weapons" really brought everyone. My lil bro (10 yo) went with NC. Mainly because of their music and general freedom hippie style And to your opinion. NO! In bf3 I was playing hardcore mostly. While hardcore doesn't apply to many it actually promotes teamplay even more. I'll explain. When you have alot of hp, like in planetside (3-4 times the health you had in hardcore) you can really go rambo and rely on pure skill to take down people. In hardcore you got shot down so fast, well it was more about ambushing the enemy, and when you did that (ambush) you always killed him. I am so god damn tired of being in a winning situation (I.e behind the enemy shooting him) only to have him activate shields, turn around and jump around a little while shooting at me with his massive machinegun until I die. If you're getting flanked, and not noticing it, even at greater ranges, you're dead. Should be atleast.
I do not tend to make anyone angry. You may all draw your own conclusion from this data. My conclusion is the same as the poster of the original datasheet (he plays VS btw): If every NC player would use a bit of burst fire, we'd seem to be a lot less UP. I also see this happening unfortunately.

It is interesting to note that almost none of the guns changed in stats. He just tweaked his formulas, so I would advise skepticism on some of the subjective numbers. He also does a lot of math to try to determine chance to hit based on CoF that I am skeptical towards.
I've played both TR and NC, and I'm doing best on my NC character. Honesty, if your weapon has more recoil, you can't just continue to hold down the trigger. I'm going to put this one down to user error.
You forgot this: in TTK Tanks - NC/VS>TR Aircraft - VS>NC>TR Given that this is 2/3 of the game. I am pretty sure we're not op just because we have the better infantry... mostly
Excuse me, I indeed forgot the vehicles.. I thought we were mainly talking about infantry (obviously we were not). Anyhow, I do agree with the tanks (the NC shield is sorta OP), but I'm not entirely sure about the aircraft. Where did you get this data from? Do you perhaps have any numbers? I don't mean this in a harsh/aggresive way, I'm just very curious to the stats of each of the tanks/ aircraft
Have you seen his notes? I actually saw a photo of them (he did it on paper). I checked it, looks quite trustworthy in my opinion. But once again, I'm not here to whine about how UP the NC is (because we're not). All I'm saying, is that the NC player should burst more. Sorry in advance for the caps: NC PLAYERS, BURST! Well, I know for a fact that the TR ESF is the fastest one (best runner!) the scythe is tottaly air superiority. It's really unstoppable in AA. Its dogfigthing capabilities is unmatched. Regarding the Reaver, it's supposed to be the hardest hitting one, yet the slowest. And as far as getting the job done, both the Reaver and Scythe seems to succed (reaver being good against ground, scythe vs airborne targets). While the mosquito seems to be somewhere inbetween, better than the reaver in AA combat, worse in a2g. The scythe just owns them both horribly As far as tanks go, magriders are superior to everything else. In a 1v1 with a vanguard the prowler always loses, I've gotten straight out from buying it, seeing a vanguard (with the side towards me) started firing and got 2 shots of before he even reacted. 2 Shots later by the vanguard and I was no more. I am not sure why, but it's the truth. Prowlers are best at killing infantry or bombardning from a distance. Leaving us without any tank to stop the NC or VS movement of battletanks. So even if our infantry is slightly superior, our vehicles are the weakest of them all. And nope, I don't have any statistics. However, regarding the scythe. I am 100% that bastard is too strong
Hi, First of all i would like to state that after trying NC becouse of this thread i seem to like SAW more than Carv and have been doing better with it. But has anyone counted nanoweave in their calculations about TTK? As nanoweave 1 increases bullets needed to kill target with both carv and saw by 1 bullet. So can anyone better in math count this and figure how does this affect TTK comparison? And when i say someone i mostly mean Pax Empyrean and Xae as they have proven to be better in math than anyone else in this thread. Also English is not my first languege so im sorry for any mistakes in my post.
I think we should nerf operatives and buff TR, VS and NC. I can't seem to lay out enough DPS to kill those guys.

NC UP!? Upgrade the NC they are perfectly fine.....I die to NC so dang much of my 517 deaths, 260 of them are to NC, 217 to VS and the rest to TK and Suicides....NC are perfectly fine........OP in some regards. The AF19 and GD22 are OP as hell....
