Seriously it needs a buff really hard. The weapons are inaccurate as FU-. Even target seeking bullets as upgrade won't fix it at all. The only way to kill an enemy is sacrificing 2 NC to kill one VS/TR. The solution is simple: Buff NC or Nerf TR and VS. And for everyone who think NC is balanced: Why don't you play every Empire and show me your K/D? Then you'll see that NC is UP. And don't post here unless you agree or if you can proof me wrong!

The empire specific difference in stock weapons should go imo. Every empire should have the same stock weapons, known as common pool. You should have to certify into the empire specific weapons... The issue is that this would most likely break the free-to-play model.
lol? I don't see the proof at all... all you have there are the stats of each weapon. Someone did a very highly detailed analysis of all the weapons and it showed that virtually ALL the NC guns had the longest TTK (time to kill) assuming every bullet hits out of all the weapons with the exception of the Rebal pistol and the GD-7f.... and that's assuming every bullet hits! with the low fire rate of the NC guns it punishes even more for missing a shot.

Not really, putting random numbers that aren't right AT all isnt a proof. If so I can proof Einsteins laws of nature "wrong".
Lower TTK is better. The NC is dedicated to whining, even when they have to misunderstand weapon statistics in order to do it.
