I'm really proud of what [SMG] as accomplished lately. I'd like to address a few things regarding our Air division: · We are still recruiting. We are accepting applications at www.sunderhq.com for experienced and non-experienced pilots alike. We offer training where will walk interested pilots through their first flight. We will also test our veteran pilot's skills against each other and enemies. Fun times. · We assign you a Flight Leader you will fight with. Even though being a "Wingman" can be viewed as a lower position, your responsibilities will not be. You are a vital part of our division and your flight group. · There are possibilities to advance in our division. We have an internal ranking system (outside of SMG's system) where your skill, ambition, loyalty and participation will be rewarded. · Air plays a vital role in [SMG]'s overall success. We also play a vital role in NC's success on Mattherson. To all TR and VS: Keep up the good fight guys. We enjoy the challenge many of you present for us.
