If your tag is [SMG], I think we had a pretty good fight with you guys on Esamir last night, late night. We had around two squads on that late, hopping around the south and trying to delay you guys as much as possible. Good fights. ---robocpf1 [GOTR] Ghosts of the Revolution
That's us alright. You guys have come up on TS chatter as one of the outfits we enjoy running into. Keep it up.
Every time I hop onto Planetside 2, I realized why it's so important to be part of a good outfit. With the massive scale of the game and currently limited meta-game, rolling with an organized outfit really helps provide goals and objectives. I can't stress enough that if you really want to enjoy this game, find an outfit. If you really want to enjoy your outfit, well, you're already reading the right thread.

Come check Sunder out! SMG likes bunnies, walks on the beach, and napalm. Training tonight at 20:30..check us out!
These guys were kind enough to let me tag along in one of their flight groups after a training session on Tuesday night. Now I have been playing since Beta (mid August) and without a doubt this is the only time i have gotten credit for 1 kill in 90 minutes and had an absolute blast. Probably my best experience flying ever. The coordination and teamwork was amazing and they didnt yell at me for trying to swoop in and air hammer everything in the air blocking them from longer range shots! I would definitely recommend the flight school to anyone who is looking to get into a Reaver and make a dent in that VS air zerg .
ALCON : Red phase assessment I would like to thank everyone for an outstanding turnout last night. For some of our new members last night was a big step in the outfit as a collective. Recently our outfit has been conducting training and focusing on bringing our outfit to the forefront of tactical game play and strategies. Last night was a collmenation of that training and hard work. With out knowing what exactly was being eveluated our members stepped up to the plat to take whatever tasking Sunder command could through at them. You guys did an exceptional job on every level. Here is a brake down of what was being eveluated: 1) outfit readiness - how fast the outfit could go from a casual state to a main ops mentality. From the end of pre briefs to pushing out to our first target took only 2 mins and 34 secs. A vast improvement from earlier demonstaratikn 2) professionalism - how well our formations lookeded and acted under combat conditions. Outstanding job here as well. One of the most memorable moments was watching infantry crest a ridge line in a perfect firing line. Also watching air division engage targets above the AO in their flight groups. Armor column looked pritty squared away leaving the warp gate and wail engaging enamy contacts outside the gate moving to the next point. 3) communication - the ability of all command elements to pass vital information quickly to overall command in a timely and professional manner. This is one area we have been practicing and that practice has paid off. Although it was slow to start as the night continued communications got better. There is still Rome to improve but it is getting better. 4) Leadership - squad leaders ability to make decisions in the absence of orders or direct command. This was extremely well done. At the start of main ops squad leaders were designated and those chosen for the job did an outstanding job at controlling thier elements and were extremely aggressive. Commands were executed almost instantly. 5) cross division tactics - this area includes galaxy drops and air strikes. It was impressive to watch the coordination between our members. A feat not easily done in separate channels in Teamspeak. Most memorable was infantry calling out an enamy sunder target and befor he could complete his request for an air strike the enamy sunder melted away. It is Commands extream pleasure to announce the end of red phase training and the start of blue phase. Command will be posting soon as to the objectives of blue phase training. Congrats outfit on an outstanding night. I look forward to seeing what comes out of blue phase training. Remember that just because red phase is over that does not mean relaxation in what we have worked so hard to achieve should happen. Keep up the hard work Sunder! /sighned Dathnic Cycorus Sunder executive officer Sunder planetside 2 commander
