I ran with Phoenix Battalion the other night and they were pretty good. If your outfit is like that, let me know. If you are part of Phoenix: are you recruiting?
Trust me, all you have to do is ask a PHX officer. They'll invite you. I'd say thats not quite where you want to go but hey, to each their own.
Why would you say that? I am kinda new to the game but I got the basics for infantry and vehicle control. I come from DUST 514. Wanted to see how PS2. Let me know. If you recommend an outfit who is more serious than fun, please I want to hear from you.
You probably want to clarify by want you mean by serious. PHX is huge outfit (probably the largest NC outfit), benefit of which is you will often find a rather decent sized group of them on to play with, however most wouldn't consider them serious, if for no other reason than they are very quick to recruit new members in, since they are so huge there is a huge skill range in the organization as well some are pretty good, some are not (true of most outfits but very noticeable in PHX because of the size). Probably the most serious NC outfit on Emerald is TIW, that being said they have pretty strict requirements for both getting in and staying in (or at least used to), including a minimum BR level and (I think) a review of your player stats. Most NC groups on Emerald tend not to be quite as tight TIW, but not quite as loose as PHX either in terms of recruitment, best bet is to play in some of the open squads available, look on the forums for the active outfits, including Reddit and decide which groups fit your play style, most officers of various outfits will be willing to talk to you to see if your a good fit and at the very least get you in for a trial period. You also want to look at playstyles some outfits tend to be more focused on various combat styles, for instance some maybe more infantry based, some more armor, others on air and of course some try to use whatever is the most effective for the fights at hand. http://www.reddit.com/r/EmeraldPS2
Yes we are recruiting. And no we aren't going to pour over your stats to determine your value. But then again, good stats won't protect a person from getting the boot either. We are friendly to new players.
Hey guys, just got the beta code for the ps4. I run with NC and was looking for a good clan. Ima great fps player but eventually wana become a good reaver pilot. Any1 know any good clans in the beta now?
If you're looking for the serious tight knit outfit that runs like a decently oiled machine then TIW is your best bet. I personally wouldn't recommend PHX due to the insane amount of varying skill levels, and the tactic of "Go to the waypoint". It often consists of just mindlessly running into death for hours. NC is usually consisted of many smaller Squads and outfits that merge together into a big blue zerg.
PHX does have a minimum battle rank but it's very low, at BR10. PHX has good communication. There is also more freedom of what you are and are not allowed to do during combat than there is in VCO. I would say PHX is the most fun outfit out of the NC outfits.
