NC decoy flare price

Because of their bug and mistake I'm down 300 certs (I'd purchased level 2 ages ago before realizing the price was broken). At least I'm not as bad off as the people who had level 3 before... loosing out on 800 certs, wow .

people figured it out too late, and why wouldn't we buy it? so we can have the disadvantage for even longer?

I really doubt many of them bought it knowing it was broken.

I read here first and avoided buying tier 2... looks like NC players get the shaft again!

Yeah I was about 50 certs away from being able to purchase level 3 before I noticed a thread on the forums, obviously didn't buy it once I was aware. There's likely going to be many NC pilots who were unaware up until this patch and got screwed.
