I love how my simple question became a debate here.
Anyway, so I got the anchor and I've been testing it and it seems to work more effectively if you ADS with it. I'll try the EM1

But really, don't forget what people said about the Cyclone!

Indeed, the strenght of the Anchor is the versatility combined with the strong CQC presence. If you want pure CQC presence, an NC SMG (best in game) will be better.

The EM1 has worse hipfire than the Anchor, so don't expect any miracles if you don't like to ADS. If you want a good hipfire weapon, that's the Cyclone.

I got the Cyclone, and I'm loving it so far.
Another quick question, should I use ALS or Extended Mag?

Default hipfire cof is pretty accurate compared with lmgs
    Stick to ex mag

GD 22 with a laser attachment, I mean its no SMG but it works great. Also not having a foregrip means faster rocket launcher equipping I believe. It is a real workhorse and still competes at medium ranges with a nice raise time for aiming down sight.
But I commonly hip-fire it, (mostly against other heavies).
