NC and VS Waterson: looking for outfit

    Looking for an outfit that is active around 8:30-10:00 PM Eastern time with the following characteristics:
    (1) Focus on cooperative team play.
    (2) No mandatory Mumble or TeamSpeak; but players active with in game voice.
    (3) No screaming dictator with short temper in charge of the outfit, we are already married thank you.

    This is both for my VS and NC character on Waterson. Any suggestions are appreciated!
