NBE-1013 is back

I'm not sure if its only on my end but is anyone else having this problem?

What caused this error? Anyone know?

Server is down I think, so its nothing you can do. If you delete the cache folder and try to log in you get "There was an error completing your request. Please try again"

it happened to every SoE game I guess, this is global SOE server glitch.
