Last time I looked at it at rank 5 it gave 250 health. Now it reads 20% damage reduce from small arms fire. Is it better or worse now? It won't help against explosives anymore. However if the damage reduce affects shields too then it seems extremely "OP" against people who do not have it. Also, when did this change happen?
