[Suggestion] Naginata recoil.

Just this beast have high recoil, dminish a bit. Its not normal being killed by a target in less than 7 metters cus i aim to the head and this monster have high recoil. Just diminish a bit.

High vertical recoil is a known feature of Naginata. Anyone who buys it needs to accept that. And I would certainly not class it as a CQC weapon

Personally I do not aim for the head with auto weapons due to recoil. I aim for centre mass if I am firing on full auto but that is a matter of presonal choice.

    Same as he said.
Without high recoil, Naginata will be an OP headshot machine since it cap CoF to 0 while immobile.

Compensator 15-25% recoil reduction may help you a bit.

The Naginata has a starting ADS CoF 0.15/0.35/0.15/0.4, blooms at 0.06/shot with a CoF limiter to 0.6 (standing/not moving) or 0.4 (crouching/not moving).

In comparison, the Gauss SAW has a much better starting ADS CoF: 0.0/0.2/0.0/0.4 blooming at 0.07/shot.

What makes the Naginata a precise weapon (providing you take care of the vertical recoil) is the narrow horizontal recoil and tolerance.

U know a lot of Naginata, i will just say, why u question how is this weapon on battlefield on the other post?

    Good question.

Because the stats tells only a part of the story. It is how you "feel" the weapon that makes the bonding.

I have characters in each faction so i tried different LMGs: as HA I engage at medium/distance, some LMGs klicked immediately, some not and the Naginata falls in between.

For example I love the Gauss Saw, it is a wonderful killing machine at distance, you can even engage newbie (not the good ones, they will blow your head off) snipers with it, I find the Ursa very similar. I have to step back if the enemy advances and I can't clear building with them, but no weapon is perfect.

I have also used the TMG-50, hoping to find a perfect Gauss Saw match in the TR world, but it is - IMHO- not equivalent, I found it not stable enough in terms of horizontal recoil, so I went for the T-32, less powerful but more precise.

The Naginata... Often I am unable to get a kill because the target finds cover before the killing bullet and since I am engaging at distance (setup : HVA, x4 scope, compensator, grip) I may not be able to headshot every time.

So I like the Naginata, I get kills but I get better results with other LMGs engaging at the same distance. I wish it had a bit more punch, or higher RoF (or both of course :)).

Maybe I am not using it in the most efficient way: but as CQC weapon it sucks big time due to its horrible hip CoF/low RoF or maybe it is a badly designed weapon.
