I was going to post my killboard but that was ****** at some point I guess. I know I killled Scourge 3-4 times in a row the other night but it says I have 4 kills of him all time.

It also says that he killed me 7 times which I know for a fact that is wrong. He killed me at least 100 times from a Lib alone.

FCRW are known to hate the Jackhammer. Someone was complaining about it's mid range killing power that was tagged with FCRW on reddit.

You should know first hand Tycoh that the better pilots are more than willing to go out of their way to teach people how to survive in the air.

Anyways, the only outfits I like fighting more than DA are TGWW, QRY, NNG, and SMG. That is partly because all those outfits have some good pilots, but that is really beside the point (props to DA though for working on improving at vehicle gameplay). I have nothing but respect for 99% of DA, and the ridiculous challenge it takes to beat them makes the game far more entertaining.

to OP:

Until you and your group run get to the point where you feel comfortable taking them head-on (if it gets to that stage), you need to diversify (1) your playstyle, (2) the battles you choose, or (3) both.

I sometimes face a similar issue w/ QRY or TGWW pilots. If I'm going around in a banshee+pods loadout and I see the QRY or TGWW swarm coming in, I'll just either (1) fly away to a different battle, or (2) switch to infantry or tanking at the same battle. I certainly wouldn't keep pulling Mosquitos and charging straight for them, which is the equivalent of what you're apparently doing. In a similar fashion, if you're at a fight where you feel outmatched in any way (either outpopped or facing an enemy who is better than you are), you can always leave and fight elsewhere, or switchup roles (sit back and snipe, use a max, etc.).

"Das" is "the" in German. Anfall is "attack" in many germanic languages, so essentially "The Attack".

The german "Das" is pronounced the same as the Swedish word "Dass", which means outhouse, while "Anfall" still means attack. So DA's name in Swedish is pronounced "Outhouse Attack".

Yeah...but in german it would be "Der Anfall". "Das Anfall" is just plain wrong in german...;-)

Oh...and for attack we use the word "Angriff" or "Attacke".....Anfall is more something we use in terms of illnesses. If you drop down to the floor due to epilepsy then we call that "Epileptischer Anfall". When all of a sudden an animal attacks you like crazy then we use the word "anfallen" to describe that...but we only use it as a verb then, not as a noun. So it's more like a sudden ferocious attack that you can't prevent, typicaly not happening by sane humans(hence it's used for animals(verb), illnesses(noun) and temporary or permanent mentally ill people(verb)).

To be grammatically correct, yes. But for the purposes of translation it doesn't matter.

I actually enjoy fighting DA (when we're in a fight that aligns both of our Outfits in the same hex). But I'm probably in a minority as I've had an extended break from PS2, I haven't felt the utter burnout that some folks have.

On the other hand, I fear the sound of the TR cloak, if only thanks to Mustarde.

Hah, it's the complete opposite for me. I see DA, I know we're not gonna win the fight and my friendly zerg is going to re-enact every Band of Brothers scene with Lt. **** and dissapear when I need em the most. Mustarde though I do pretty well when I bump into him. Either I do so on his bad days or he's a much better sniper infil than an SMG infil

Ya as a retort to the "haven't bumped into DA for a while" post I made, I have and it was the friendly zerg's fault in the end. Since the WDS is promoting the behavior of "zerg if you can win, disperse if you need to earn it" I feel like I should rename the post to "My two cents on the WDS". I still do wish the NC had some high skill/high BR outfits I could see more often though. We do have the Black Arrows but I don't see too much of them lately

I don't have much issue with DA, I never really seem to run into them and the few times I have it wasn't like they were an impregnable defense. BWC on the other hand seem to make a fun game of handing me my ***, possibly due to the NC's almost crippling fear of actually using a Motion Detector or Sensor dart making it a playground for their infils.

How about you harden the **** up and play the game like a grown-*** man you ******* *****?

Leave the NC and never post again. You are a disgrace. I've been wrecked on by FCRW and all the good Connery outfits and I just get back up and get my team together and go at it until we beat them.
