Just re-installed the Steam version of Planetside 2 so I know when my Friends are playing the game. Problem is every time I press play I get this message There was an error completing your request. Please try again There is nothing I can do, I deleted my non-steam version to save hard drive space so I'm stuck with this Can anyone help, I'm getting back into the game for the third/fourth time and I'm not fond of bad first impressions
If you look at the landing page of the forums: Status: 2/11/2016 5:43 PST - We are currently investigating an issue with logging into the game. That probably would the reason. In addition you can always launch PS2 using the launcher in the steam folder: Drive:\...\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\PlanetSide 2\LaunchPad.exe Just navigate there and make a shortcut to the launcher. You can later change the icon in the properties dialog of the shortcut. That way you can launch PS2 through Steam or as is.
