    Hi all. I would like to just post my experience with my rig and the settings I used to get a very stable 60 fps. I'm not going to say go use these settings but offer it up as a good experience. People will have their opinions and stated fact , I am just saying this is what worked best for me. Mileage for you may vary.
    Specs:
    I7 980x oc to 4.0 ghz
    Gigabyte ud5 board
    Evga 980ti ftw
    Level 10 case with 4 raid0 drives.
    12 gb 1666 memory
    34" lg curved.
    I set the following in game settings.
    Everything on highest possible from in game panel
    Also
    Raw mouse input on
    Mouse smoothing off
    Reduce input lag
    Vsync off
    In config.
    Smoothing
    SmoothingMaxFramerate= 63
    SmoothingMinFramerate= 20
    Maxfps=63
    Nvidia settings.
    Power performance setting
    Single display optimized
    Mfaa on
    Vsync adaptive
    Thread optimized on
    Prerender frames 1
    Image quality or video quality
    Advanced tab
    Set color range to full
    This purrs at 60 fps for me almost always. It drops to 52-55 once a session for 1 second. I detect no if any input lag have no tearing and the game is absolutely beautiful. No hitching, tearing, or any of that. I don't see players warping around. It's that kind of good.
    I hope these settings help someone else as much as they helped me.
