I`ve been waiting for more than 10 mins to enter a continent .... really? Logged out to play another game.
3 hours later... the same situation. Cancelled membership!! wtf is this? I can`t even enter a dam n continent even being a member.
Did you even support ticket? F2P since 2012, not once ever waited more than a few mins. Not saying my trousers are any better than yours and it might be my server / play time / cost of mango etc but still.
I waited 20 the other day till I decided to become part of the solution and played a different faction. Your money wasn't resolving faction pop btw, neither was your attitude.
people may not like it but you may consider having characters of each faction on a server .. another solution might be to allow players to use their characters on all servers than being stuck to one .. might not be optimal but it might be better than merging server after server .. allowing popimballance wont be a solution
I'm an old player, played for years, thought: Let's try this again. I'm currently in a queue (Emerald:Hossin), as a non-paying user my place in the queue is only getting higher. The wait is also getting longer 16min to 18min. Even a paying subscriber needs to wait 9min. This is not a positive experience for someone trying to re-enter PS2... I'll wait a bit longer, then try a different faction (but I would like to play my old faction).
