I've had this happen to myself on occasion when I play at home, however it normally goes away after a few minutes or after redeploying. I'm not exactly sure what causes it, but I had a hunch it had something to do with explosions shaking your screen too hard (again, only a hunch). It's been sent up the chain and is currently being looked at. If this is a persistent issue for you, please let me know.
Those last two are quite strange, I have not experienced those graphical issues. You may want to try validating your game's assets as some files may have become corrupt. You can do so by clicking the tiny spanner icon in the bottom left of the screen and select validate, then press the green button.
It's a wide spread issue with NC, everyone I know in my outfit (over 50 people) have the issue with the no textures on the vanguard. It's quite random but I'd say 50% of the time there is no textures on the vanguard now. It's a global issue and should be fixed, but I don't know why you guys keep going on like it's an individual user problem when it's not.
I play on as the NC and for the most part on Indar (Woodman). However, this morning I decided to go help out on Amerish. Got into a tank and noticed the texture error on mine and others tanks. I've never seen it before this morning...
