After the nice garbage doing underground hack yersterday: Today we have the chance to see the comercial part of hackerside: https://www.planetside2.com/players/#!/8268099297585026657/killboard Maybe instead of banning fake hacker from the game it's time to invest into a real anti hack solution before you lose the few real players left...
There have been a few over the last week or so. Obvious aimbotters. Do daybreak even look at the leaderboards for the day? Two that were top yesterday were blatantly hacking. Possibly not the best idea to show where they are getting them from though.
Hope all hackers get that disability that makes it so you can only use a computer by blowing into a straw.
Best will be to employ for few week some truly professional players from other FPS. Let them play and see how good they can be on average. Now devs will have something to compare with our glorious PROs. Cos I am sure there are many subtle hacking BR100 poisoning this game for very long time.
Just right now there are 3 guys trying to sell and scam people on cobalt, also with maybe 10+ hackers(i don't count aimbotters) every prime time and morning. Time to play a more healthy game with secured and private servers.
There's a guy on Cobalt right now with so much skill and prowess that he's teleporting around killing ESFs and tanks. It's a joy to behold for all concerned. Everyone stopped fighting, held hands and sung hymns in awe. For 6 hours..............
[Suggestion] - No more stupid duplicate, cross over weps.... A button "press for in game anti cheat support" You press this and it costs £5 but one hundred people have to press it before a member of staff is released from department "let's make the next cash grab weapon" to log in and ban the guy.
People in game can't work out how to report these guys..... So without naming them and of course breaking the stupid rules here you go, pick the names out yourself as they're pretty obvious https://www.planetside2.com/players/#!/leaderboards/?type=top&period=Daily&view=All&world=13&limit=5
I hope at least they check the forum, so today on cobalt in 3 hour gameplay: Two professional hacker: https://www.planetside2.com/players/#!/8268099297584673745 https://www.planetside2.com/players/#!/8268099297585026657/killboard Two bug exploit with warping max (notice one of them is br 99 nice job): https://www.planetside2.com/players/#!/8266105775633861201/killboard https://www.planetside2.com/players/#!/5428109895937088769/stats And because the day wasn't crappy enought i also have this garbage teamkiller professional, check the scoreboard i hope this guy will be ban too seriously, 81 vanu kill are you ******* kidding me: https://www.planetside2.com/players/#!/8255763303254252353/killboard So yeah nice day on cobalt two "obvious" hacker, 2 bug abuse and one teamkiller reroll, enjoy your gameplay session.
If the automated anti cheat is taking longer than one hour to pick up those hacks ( And it is going by those kill boards ) then its in need of a serious tweak in its strictness.
Same for the teamkill, the guy who make 100 teamkill without killing ennemies should be automaticaly ban from the game, there is no way you kill that many friendly by accident.
Yeah obvious cheaters are obvious. The Li-guy already been reported days ago, still nothing happens. on the lol-side: NC won the alert despite those two cheaters
That's just a VAC system. This thread is about detection / acknowledgment / trust issues. (Also, that video is much more an attempt at shaming than it is about Titanfall's system.)
Thats right. There are so many hackers out there. yesterday this guy got banned the 2 time. Now hes back with an 3rd acc the 3rd time. This is so ****... https://www.planetside2.com/players/#!/8268099297585085633/stats https://www.planetside2.com/players/#!/5428013610405974609/killboard And i saw another Fly hacker.. I love this game but its annoying as hell to play with this scum.
Time and time and time and time again..... ONLY way to sort this out is to make it a chore to roll a new char to cheat with! This involves removing the cheats ASAP, again and again and again.... Nothing else works! ---- Simplest way to achieve this is through the involvement of the community that plays and enjoys your title. Sadly this game has decided its community can't be trusted and paid employees are the "best" option. Low income equals low staff equals cheats equals lower income, repeat. Catch22
The teleport, Z-axis movement and movement speed hack were plentiful in PS1. Even the early days of PS1. I'm surprised they didn't learn anything from PS1 in regards to hacking and fix it here. They need to start IP or MAC address banning people (assuming it's not already being done). Any deterrence, as meager as that may be, is better than none at all. I'm sure people can get around even that, but the more hurdles you put in, the greater the chance people will say screw it and give up or, best of all, not even try.
