I think it's a great concept, even though it could use some work. One of the better changes that SOE has made. While it won't matter for outfits or organized squads, it's great for randoms who are just running around. I wouldn't mind that they increased the EXP a little bit more though, but that's just my opinion They need to rework the mission UI though.
Agreed, my main issue with it like I said in the video is the inability to turn it off. Even though it may help some, it is also just annoying to others but I am looking forward to where it will go.
