So, I've noticed a disturbingly large amount of NC players lately who seem to think that the Phoenix does less damage than an Annihilator. I was very confused until I looked at the Phoenix's stat card: That damage value applies to INFANTRY ONLY. That's the INFANTRY damage, not the vehicle damage. The Phoenix does large amounts of damage to vehicles, more than a Decimator if I remember correctly. It shoots down ESF in a single rocket. The more you know.
From what I can tell the anti-aircraft damage is equal to the default dumbfire, while the anti-ground vehicle damage is the same as the decimator. Haven't done concrete tests on it, though.
