Thats kind off a poor answer for a 12 hour long problem for the 3rd time in a week. Please just stop doing any EU Server Maintenance shortly before the end of your working hours - if problems occure the EU-customers have to live ~half a day without any servers.

One of the two gateways into Miller was having problems, meaning that you had a 50/50 chance of connecting to Miller without issues. So for half of the population, there was no issue. For the other half, they couldn't play.
Do we know what keeps causing this? This has happened for the last week or so. I appreciate it being fixed be shouldn't we be treating the cause and not the symptoms ?
PromptCritical, i had no issues to loggin the hole day. But thats it.The latency issue is still there and not fixed like you promissed. Playing one week with 20 seconds delay isn´t fun anymore.
