Today no matter what i do i cannot get a connection quality better than "Poor". It is perma poor time here on Miller. The latency goes anywhere from tolerable 120sh ms to 550sh ms. One second everything is just your regular "SOE Poor" the next you are in 500+ ms latency. I dont mind the regular SOE poor stuff, im used to it and dont expect any better from them but the 500+ ms latency is unplayable.
Yeah, connection quality was supposed to be "fixed" now, but in fact it's just as bad as during holidays. I'm really starting to lose hope they will ever fix their servers, and I've always been ready to defend the devs. But now "Poor" connection quality and 180++ms have became "normal" state and no sight of improvement whatsoever.
New player on Cobalt. I would like to extend my sub beyond one month, but tonight I got 25000ms latency. That's, uh, not how you keep customers around. I come to the forums and there's no official statement about it. I got the impression that SOE were honest with their players given how the H1Z1 team behaves, seems like it's an attitude that does not run throughout the company.
Just logged into miller. 800 ping. Ping fluttered around between 300 and 8000ms. It seemed to settle at 130 which while still high for my location is playable. First fight i get into it was obvious that we were not in synch even though i did win after firing endless bullets. Checked ping, back up to multiple seconds latency. Logged off.

110Κ latency two days ago. I was basically watching the past in my monitor. Most of the time when i hit someone i wait a couple of second to see if i killed him.
Same here for me. ATM its just unplayable on Miller! My ping peaks to 3k every 30 - 60 seconds along with bad connection quality. I dont know what the f*** you messed up there SOE, but PLEASE change it back to what it was and/or get a FIX for this ASAP! Thank you.
