i feel sorry if on forum exist info about this bug medical kit not heal, take a look i dont know is it in UI only and real HP has been healed but if after that medic will heal me then HP wil be restored.
Yes that bug is a known issue. It seems to come and go. I think it has to do with server performance. A good work around is to swap to using resto-kits instead of med-kits when it is acting up. Resto-kits provide a strong heal over time (its fast) and still function properly during times when med-kits are being an ***.
Yeah, I get this bug fairly often on my Stalker. I wasn't sure if it was somehow related to a possible bug on the Cloak.
