[Suggestion] Medic gun "verify check"

I can't find if this was posted already or not..
After a player already gets revived, the medic gun should not even attempt to revive that player again (Not locking on to the player).

I find it a little frustrating trying to revive two down players right next to each. It would be a littler easier in my opinion to revive multiple players in the same area who have not already been revived.

Another possible check I would like to see..
If a player is already being revived by another medic, again.. don't lock on or even try to revive that down player. In a group of downed players, it would be handy to only start reviving someone who needs it.

One more (with other medics in the area). If a player is at full health, it shouldn't lock onto that player. I don't see the point of locking on to that player, when I was trying to heal the player next to him..

First suggestion is ok, no arguments there. As for 2nd and 3rd though, it's more about having backup/being at the ready. What if first medic cancels his revive or gets killed? You will lose time to lock and will have to start reviving from scratch if you can't "pre-revive"(same as with generator overloading/stabilization). Similarly, if you can't hold the healing lock on a healthy player, you will have to constantly click the mouse on him if you need to keep him alive under heavy fire, again loosing the time and fluidity of healing in such situations.

Good point on the backup / being at the ready. Perhaps a "smart" lock on. If you are looking at a group of players to heal, the lock on could target the players who need healing rather then full health players.

It just seems like I'm always locking onto the wrong player who doesn't actually needing healing.
Regardless.. I would a happy medic if they just somehow implemented the first suggestion at least. Seems like a simple enough "IF check" in the code.
