[Suggestion] Medals for Tools...

    In the hopeless effort to reduce the KDR mindset and push people to support more others one little step:

    1) Medals and prizes (similar to weapons) for Engineer and Medic Tool:
    -- Medic: one planetman revived = one "kill", one planetman healed = one "fractional kill"
    -- Engineer: one max, vehicle, device repaired = one "fractional kill", one device rebuild = one "kill"
    ---> for both, Auraxium version of their tools with some special perk (extra speed, longer distance, whatever)
    (side note: I am not happy about the engineer definition of a kill, it is easy to statpad by destroying and repairing)

    2) Medals and prizes for weapons get balanced by introducing fractional kills (assists) counting toward Auraxium level so everyone is happy

    I'm for anything that increases the numbers playing engineer outside of vehicle play. Trying to effectively play max is painful when no one is around to repair, and playing backline max feels so.... wrong, but it's what you end up playing unless you have a pocket engi for repairs, maxing in an environment where everyone but one class has max killing capabilities is just useless at times....
