Max AF Guns

Has anyone tried out the anti-infantry guns (right hand) for their maxes? If so, which ones did you try? Do they seem to be better than the Scattergun?

I have tried all of the TR AI weapons. So far for me the mercy chain gun is the best. Low ammo but packs a big punch.

I meant AI guns for the title.

VS AI guns, tried the 'blueshift' (L+R), and seems to work great for infantery at close range.

I bought a grinder, as far as I can tell it's identical to the scattercannon except with 9 shots instead of 7. The little stat bars imply that it reloads slower, but when I reload the animations move and complete in perfect sync.
