I like the main idea but
honstly i dont see how any of these problems can be fixed in this conference

the pop favors vanu, thats it, not much that can be done about it,
it happend cuz of a snow ball effect that started with vanu slightly stronger then the other, both back on soltech and now on mattherson.
for the most part vanu outfits communicate well, and with a healthy mostly friendly competition (all is relative of course)


the only step in the right direction that i can see and is also pheasable,
is a community driven event like a temporary ceasefire.
and something like an all server flash race or an all server galaxy resting.
just as first steps to making a real community that works and trust each other
