I have already mentioned this prior to this post, and this just affirms the way I already believe. I have always believed it is very healthy for outfit leaders, who are separate factions, to speak to one another. It is good to have a friendship with an enemy faction. We get to compete, and fave fun, even fights. There is nothing wrong with messaging an enemy outfit's lead and asking for a fight. Why not? We need to understand that this is OUR server, all of us. If anyone wants a place to play, that isn't just crazy OP on one side or the other, we need to learn how to help govern OUR server, together. Communication is key for this.

Nothing is going to hurt this server, but us NOT doing something about it. Despite the trolling, I am a very serious player in Mattherson. I believe in unification of the server, it needs to be done. We need to help establish a government on all sides, and make sure that players have good outfits to go to, and alliance are made within the other factions. THIS IS NECESSARY!
4th factioning will die down if these players original homes are back in order. ie. NC player went to VS to play because he feels NC doesn't have any real dominant outfits. Ragequit will be there and I will speak to the other NVA alliance outfits about being there also. I have connections with leads from all major outfits on VS.

It makes sense to at least try to do this, because the end game outcome will be 1000x than what we have right now. If we can exchange info and friends of all leads of all outfits involved, we can really expand our social circles, encourage people to understand that despite faction, we are human, and can have governments, and politics, and things that make a server special. something no other server could do. If any server can come together and better itself, its Mattherson. We have the people, and the skill, and drive, and motivation. Anyone still on the fence, I ask, WHY THE HELL NOT??? That is all..

EDIT: On a more serious note, I think it's a good idea. We all have to realize that we are playing a game, where we essentially entertain each other by killing, trolling and t-bagging. Thus, it is imperative to discuss ways to do that even more efficiently so that everyone could enjoy playing.

I can agree with this. Although there is a large competitive vibe on Mattherson, if there were an inter-server war, I would definitely be teaming up with Mattherson outfits of all factions.

Just a minor note, TI6 is an NC outfit, not TR.

Goon/Goku mustered maybe 20 players during prime time? I hardly think they were the cause of any massive imbalance on math. Also, no offense but they don't really inspire a whole lot of fear. "Gasp! Goon/Goku is attacking!" Isn't really a thing.

Right now out of nearly 600 people they have like 25 on. A large number of their members are inactive and haven't played since May.

TAS will likely have a representative there.

Like many others have mentioned, I don't see any real outcome from this but it wouldn't hurt to see whats up. As I've told others in the NCC, I've always wanted to just sit down and have a cup of tea with some of the opposing outfit leaders... maybe not quite like this... but we'll see how it goes.

If anyone happens to be in the Greater Seattle area, I'd be down for a beer or two!

I can see 2 possible solutions right now.

TR/NC alliance or truce till server population corrects

a few small or one or two large outfits approaches Higby about a server transfer. He approached TEST, i'm sure he doesn't care who goes if it gets balanced, provided there are any VS outfits that would be ok with leaving.

I'm sure there are many more ways, however the real test in this is if we can all agree on the same solution, and work together to make it happen.

I regret to inform you, that Nobel is no longer running with Azure Twilight, so you will have to talk with another from our outfit.

perhaps Kytten, RougeComet, BagNdrag, or Fistshove would be better people to talk too?
