Massive Vanu Update?

    I wouldn't say that, as its been proved that 0 bullet drop is not an advantage on infantry weapons other then the semi auto sniper rifles, lancer, Comet and Vortex. Its more of a disadvantage considering the slower projectile value compared to the lack of drop on lets say a Carv at the same distance (in fact anything less then sniper ranges the drop is irrelevant).

    Bullet drop being removed on the Magriders main cannon and the bolt action sniper rifles would be somewhat more useful then lets say a LMG of which the general range is less then 50m.

    Well luckily for the VS, the developers have conveniently forgotten to incur a projectile velocity penalty on the newest VS weapons. This is especially prominent on the Obelisk, making it the best long-range non-sniper infantry weapon in the game. If the trend keeps up the trait will be effectively free. :p

    But no projectile drop on bolt-actions and tank cannons would be unfair. Way too easy to point and click that way.

    In 2012 Vanu had a bullet damage 80-90 :)

    Every time someone mentions VS having no bullet drop as being an impactful advantage....

    Actually the Eidolon is most likely better. Obelisk at least isn't more than a sidegrade there.
    Fact is tho, that the bullet drop on the ranges we usually fight on really only matters for maybe the first 48h playtime...then you got used to it and it doesn't make a difference. If it wasn't like that then Vanu wouldn't be able to hit anything with their bullet drop...same counts for the decimator of heavies.
