[BUG] Captured bases won't generate Outfit resources unless outfit member is logged in

-Since the latest patch, I am experiencing an error where I have captured bases an am generating 1 green/minute, or another time 5 green/minute, and if I log out for a any amount of time then come back, my outfit receives no resources.
-1 time I logged out for 2 hours and came back. I still owned the base to generate outfit resources/minute, but my outfit received nothing.
-This bug does not affect me if I am logged in on that character, but it should not be this way, and seriously affects smaller outfits.

I attended literally every Miller Esamir rotation and placed OFFENSIVE and DEFENSIVE markers on the base. Told people step by step instructions to cap or defend the base. Motivated, Moaned, encouraged.

People are bored of it already and aren't even playing it correctly.

Mithril, I like the improvement I'm footstep and jetpack audio. I can hear them better now. Using a hifiman sundara with a EVGA NU audio soundcard.

Will we get a refund if we bought the horn bundle for full price?
