The changes to the NC Vanguard's Defensive Slot "Nimitz Reactor" which were made in the Mar. 16, 2023 - PTS Update [1] do not behave exactly as detailed in the aforementioned update notes. Depleted shield still has old, longer recharge time (measured 10s-11s at Rank 4), even though the update notes and in-game description state that it should always be 6s: Upon activating any Ability (tested Forward Shield, Smoke Screen, and Fire Suppression) Nimitz Reactor only awards 500 shield if the shield is depleted, even though the update notes and in-game description indicate that 500 shield should always be gained, not only when the shield is depleted: Two other people who happened to try the Nimitz Reactor nearby confirmed that they were experiencing the same behaviour.
