When looking at the map, each time I try to perform an action (zoom in/out or move it) the game freeze and the action takes about 10 secondes to execute. I had no problem previously and it is really annoying. I found a topic on the forum about tmp files but I can't find any in the directory "my pictures" as stated in the post about solving it. Any one can help?
I have the same problem, zoom in/out, moving in the map, even the first load of the map causes freezes. Few months ago everything was fine, about 2 months ago this happened. Would you be so kind to link the topic you mentioned? Would like to check it out.

Well, first of all, thanks for the tip, that actually helped, after I deleted 65k+ tmp files from My pictures. Question comes to my mind though - this definitely is on your side of the playground, care to fix it? Or should we just continuously clear that folder? Thanks again,
The issue arises due to the user having the file-path on their "My Pictures" folder include a special character, renaming it to exclude any special characters should fix you up, and make it so you don't need to go into that any-more, as well as removing your map freezes.
