For the love of god, make the new HUD changes optional. I understand if console players want that kind of display, but for a PC player, it's just plain obnoxious. I'd like to be able to look in one direction without my enemy being obscured by thirty friendly name tags that are a giant "F*CK you - you can't see s*** now"... Maybe my unpopular opinion, but I actually liked to old HUD. It displayed a great amount of information without bogging down the experience of the player, and in spawn rooms, at least you could see something other than those damn nametags.
