Now that previous bundles are available 24/7, is it safe to say that the Lunar New Year Bundles are the only rare cosmetics in the game? (The new Tigerstrike Decimator is sick). It looks like they are removed the title grants from old bundles, though. You cannot get the Warbringer title. I suspect Fleet Admiral, Quartermaster, and Deckhand titles will be removed from purchase in a bit.
