You should take a look at the goon brigade outfit, they always show up whenever my outfit is capturing too much. Those sneaky bastards
A few outfits run public squads now and then, you could give them a try and see if you like it. I saw the aforementioned Goon Brigade with 8+ mostly full public squads a few days ago. I doubt that many would take you if you don't have a microphone, but I would.
