When testing the liberator in the VR training room, I equipped it with max autorepair, max high-g frame, and max FS. When I exited, I checked out my liberator loadouts and saw that I had lost access to those options. It also said that I had maxed all of those items when I am certain that I hadn't. I speculate that something is causing the VR stats on items to override the actual stats while in the training room, but then the server is locking them out when you exit because things in the training room stay in the training room (like how you can't just equip a weapon you haven't bought and then exit VR with that weapon in your hand).
