I shouldn't be shocked that they're buggy, but jeebus, I'm dying inside buildings 100% of the time. Even inside spawn rooms. Look, I get it, it's complex fixing something like this. So why not just disable it in the meantime? I'm literally not logging in again until this is fixed.
Probably devs didn't find the way how to get rid of the knockover inside the buildings, hence deaths. But I tell you what... I think Safe Fall implant helps to avoid such problem.
