Symptoms: The game doesn't recognize mouse clicks, the mouse cursor moves and the keyboard itself works. The launcher also works and no other game has these issues. OS: I am on Linux and recently switched to omarchy, It worked on Arch Linux, which omarchy is based on though other proton games work flawlessly. Things i tried: - Validating game files. - Trying different Proton versions - Reinstalling the game I unfortunately can't provide logs since the game hasn't produced any, if there's a flag to toggle them or smth i am not aware of please tell me. From the one thread i found it might be battleye anti cheat? Though i don't know how to diagnose that and IIRC battleye runs in a reduced form under proton?
Unfortunately linux is not officially supported at this time. I understand we posted a long time ago that the game runs on that platform, unfortunately it is not being actively developed for it. Other linux users may chime in to help you with this issue however.
I found out what was wrong, the mouseclicks where regestering it was just mapped to strange coordinates, probably a problem with my new window manager moving the window after launch as the game seems to really dislike that. FIxed it by changing the screen mode to Windowed in the UserProfiles.ini file and then going to fullscreen borderless. From my experience the game runs flawlessly on proton though. I have the same problem on steam deck, sometimes after an update my cursor is above the position where the click is registered, gonna try this fix, thanks
