After running the launcher it just sits there, chilling, doing nothing. I've been away from the game for a few days. Came back today and it's not working... Nothing helps. Reinstalling the client is my last resort. Edit: I can't believe this... you know when you run the launchpad a prompt pops up asking if you want to allow the program to do stuff. I clicked no. And it started downloading the patch...
Update on the matter. Around 30-40% in I got this error. "Unable to write to Exception: Cannot open file - D:/Steam/steamapps/common/PlanetSide 2/Resources/Assets/Assets_095.pack (13) - http://pls.patch.station.sony.com/p...zs/b8/cd1/ab4d8923914c34860a5c886aca08aff400c. The file may be in use or you may lack the necessary permissions to install." Downloading all over again...
I have the same issue, except I do have all the patches the launchPad just randomly decides that it wants to sit there and not display the "LOGIN" button for me. Waiting doesn't do anything, but sometimes after closing/opening it a few times the Big green "LOGIN" button will magically appear. this is very annoying and usually just stops me from playing period.
