I'm doing the last mission of campaign (Countdown), and in the 4th step it says "Continue patroling Esamir" and got to 200/200, but i'm not receiving the call from Foster, it just got stuck on 200/200. I tried to restart the game, relog, switch continent, switch character, go to the shattered warpgate to do rounds, visit the spot where the next NPC will appears, but nothing works. I have the same issue only I am stuck on 1000/1000 of the countdown. Stuck like that for last couple of weeks. really annoying.
