i was wondering why the "killcam" (where the char/vehicle of your enemy is displayed) does not show any customized infantry/vehicle gear (like camo/emblems etc) but rather only depicts the default gear. is this on purpose?
I am glad there isnt. If there is one thing I truly like about PS2 is that when you die, you have no idea where you were killed from if you did not see the person. I dont want to be sniping on a cliff, kill somone then have him spawn as a sniper to counter-snipe me because he knows my exact damn position.
That is true. But there are still better ways to stop cheaters that don't detriment the gameplay as much.
One thing we could do would be to have accounts connected to credit cards. Sure, it wouldn't stop every hacker, but it'd stop a lot of them.
